At Infinite Sauna, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient order process. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order and any applicable fees or restrictions. By placing an order on https://infinitesauna.com (the “Site”), you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- After 24 Hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to processing fees or manufacturer-imposed cancellation fees.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- Custom-built or made-to-order saunas cannot be canceled once production has started.
- If production has not yet started, cancellation requests may be accepted with a 15%–25% cancellation fee, depending on the manufacturer.

4. Processing of Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
- Any processing fees, restocking fees, or manufacturer-imposed penalties will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Restocking fee is 25% of original purchase price
- Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds for Financed Purchases
For orders financed through Affirm or ShopPay, please note the following:

Calculation of Refund Amount: If you cancel an order or request a refund for a purchase that was financed via Affirm or ShopPay, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting any non-refundable merchant processing fees incurred by InHouse Wellness as part of the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Fees: These fees, which cover costs such as processing charges, are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. The specific fee amount or percentage will be determined based on the original transaction details.

Financing Terms Apply: Your refund in the case of an Affirm- or ShopPay-financed purchase is also subject to the terms of your financing agreement with Affirm, Inc. or ShopPay. For additional details on how refunds are handled under your financing agreement, please refer to Affirm’s terms and conditions at https://www.affirm.com/en-ca/terms.
Non-Refundable Merchant Processing Fees
For all orders (standard and financed), merchant processing fees are non-refundable. If you cancel an order or request a refund, the following fees will be deducted from your refund amount:

ShopPay Installments: 5.9% of the total transaction value + $0.30

PayPal Transactions: 3.49% of the total transaction value + $0.49

Shopify Payments (Standard): 2.9% of the total transaction value + $0.30

Affirm Transactions: 6% of the total transaction value + $0.30
These fees are charged by the respective payment processors and are non-refundable to InHouse Wellness. Therefore, they will be deducted from any refund you receive.
5. Manufacturer Cancellations & Backorders
- If a product becomes unavailable or discontinued, we will notify you and provide the option to either:
- Receive a full refund.
- Select an alternative product of equal value.
- If an order is delayed beyond 30 days due to manufacturer backorders, you may cancel for a full refund.
6. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Cancellations
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute. If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of our policy.
7. Changes to Orders
If you need to modify your order (change product, address, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours. Modifications after 24 hours may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
