At Infinite Sauna, we offer multiple delivery methods to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently. The available delivery options vary based on the product type, size, and shipping destination. By placing an order on https://infinitesauna.com, you agree to the delivery terms outlined below.
1. Standard Delivery (Ground Shipping)
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Transit Time: Transit time is 0-23 days depending on the item and location of delivery address
- Total Delivery Time: Ranges from 1-30 business days
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order ships.
- Signature Requirement: Not required for most small packages, but may be necessary for high-value items.
2. Freight Delivery (For Large Items & Saunas)
Due to their size and weight, most saunas and large wellness products are delivered via freight carriers. This method includes:

Curbside Delivery (Standard Freight Shipping)
- This is the default shipping method for large items.
- The freight carrier will deliver the sauna to the curb, driveway, or nearest accessible location outside your home.
- Does not include indoor delivery, unpacking, or installation.
- A signature is required upon delivery.

Threshold Delivery (By Request & Availability)
- The carrier will bring the sauna just inside the first dry area (garage, covered porch, etc.).
- Available in select locations and subject to additional fees.

White-Glove Delivery & Installation (By Request & Availability)
- Includes inside delivery, placement in the desired location, unpacking, and light assembly.
- Available in select locations and requires an appointment.
- Additional fees apply. Contact help@infinitesauna.com before purchasing to check availability.
3. Scheduling a Freight Delivery
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Appointments are typically available Monday–Friday during business hours.
- Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
- If you miss your scheduled delivery, redelivery and storage fees may apply.
4. International Shipping
- At this time, Infinite Sauna does not ship internationally.
- Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.
5. Damaged Shipments & Inspection
Upon receiving your order:
- Inspect the package BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
- If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us immediately at help@infinitesauna.com.
- If the damage is severe, refuse delivery and notify us within 48 hours.
- If you accept delivery without noting damage, you may be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
- While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays, labor shortages, or supply chain disruptions.
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
- Infinite Sauna is not responsible for delays beyond our control and will not provide compensation for shipping delays.
