Warranty Policy

Effective Date:March 4, 2025

Infinite Sauna, a DBA of Zaragoza Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), extends the manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased through www.InfiniteSauna.com(the "Site"). We also offer an optional extended warranty for additional coverage. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

  • All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

  • The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specified duration.

  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.

2. OPTIONAL EXTENDED WARRANTY

We offer an optional 5-year extended warranty for an additional cost.

  • This extended warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

  • The extended warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  • Customers must purchase the extended warranty at the time of their original purchase for it to be valid.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, scratches, or cosmetic changes.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather, humidity, or water beyond intended use.

  • Electrical components damaged due to improper voltage, power surges, or modifications.

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations to the product.

  • Any commercial use of a residential sauna, unless specifically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Review the Manufacturer’s Warranty – Check the warranty terms included with your product.

  2. Contact the Manufacturer – Most claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer.

  3. For Extended Warranty Claims – Contact us at Support@InfiniteSauna.com with proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.

  4. Approval & Resolution – If your claim is approved, the manufacturer or Infinite Sauna (if applicable) will provide a replacement part, repair, or replacement per the warranty terms.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part(s) as determined by the manufacturer.

  • Infinite Sauna is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or labor costs.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the terms of the manufacturer’s or extended warranty and does not exceed the purchase price of the product.
