At Infinite Sauna, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. This Package Information policy outlines how items are packaged, what to expect upon delivery, and your responsibilities as a recipient.
1. Packaging Standards
- Small Items & Accessories: Shipped in standard cardboard boxes or padded envelopes with protective packaging.

Saunas & Large Items:
- Secured in heavy-duty, reinforced packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Palletized for freight shipping to ensure stability and protection.
- May arrive in multiple boxes or crates depending on the model.
2. What’s Included in Your Package
Each package will contain:
✔️ The purchased product, securely packaged.
✔️ A packing slip with order details.
✔️ Instruction manual(s) and warranty documentation (if applicable).
✔️ Any necessary installation hardware (for applicable products).
3. Freight Shipments – What to Expect
For large items, such as saunas, freight shipments are delivered curbside unless an upgraded delivery service is selected.
- Palletized shipments may include multiple boxes.
- A forklift or liftgate truck may be used for unloading.
- A signature is required upon delivery (see Section 5: Inspecting Your Package).
4. Tracking & Package Handling
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Large shipments may arrive in separate deliveries, depending on the carrier.
- If multiple packages are included in your order, some may arrive on different days due to carrier logistics.
5. Inspecting Your Package Upon Delivery
Before signing for delivery:
- Examine the exterior packaging for visible damage.
- Verify the number of boxes received matches the packing slip.
- Open the package and check the contents before discarding any packaging materials.
- If you notice damage, missing items, or wrong items, follow these steps:
- For visible damage: Note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and notify us immediately at help@infinitesauna.com.
- For severe damage: Refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
- For missing parts: Check all boxes before reporting any missing items. Some items may be packed separately.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the carrier. Infinite Sauna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
7. Disposal of Packaging Materials
- Keep all packaging materials until your product is fully assembled and inspected.
- Some manufacturers require the original packaging for returns or warranty claims.
- Infinite Sauna is not responsible for packaging disposal fees in certain regions.
