Payment & Billing Terms

Thank you for shopping with Infinite Sauna, a DBA of Zaragoza Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The following Payment & Billing Terms govern all transactions on www.InfiniteSauna.com (the "Site"). By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully received and verified.

  • We do not accept cash, checks, or COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • ShopPay

3. FINANCING OPTIONS

We offer financing through ShopPay and Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into installment payments.

  • Financing is subject to approval by the third-party provider.

  • Payment plans, terms, and interest rates are determined by ShopPay not Infinite Sauna.

  • By selecting a financing option at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

4. TAXES & DUTIES

  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

5. PAYMENT SECURITY

We use secure encryption and fraud prevention measures to protect your payment information. However, we are not responsible for unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence, including lost or stolen payment details.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION & CHARGEBACKS

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.

  • Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in account suspension and legal action.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
