Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window – Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Return – The sauna must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
Return Authorization Required – You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before returning any item.

Fees & Costs

25% Restocking Fee – All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total purchase price.
Shipping Costs – The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the warehouse.
Storage & Routing Fees – Additional storage and rerouting fees may apply if the return is delayed or not properly coordinated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Within 24 Hours – Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

5-Year Limited Warranty: Covers heating elements and electronics against defects in materials and workmanship.
1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers wood structure and radio under normal use.
Warranty Activation: To activate your warranty, the warranty card must be submitted within 60 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

Indoor Use Only – Placing your sauna outdoors voids the warranty. Exposure to rain, snow, humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures is not covered.
Normal Wear & Tear Not Covered – Surface cracks, minor wood expansion/contraction, and aesthetic imperfections due to natural wood characteristics are not considered defects.
Unauthorized Modifications Void Warranty – Alterations, improper installation, or repairs by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
Warranty Covers Parts Only – Labor costs for repairs or replacements are not included.
