Purchasing a Dynamic Sauna from Infinite Sauna means you receive the full manufacturer’s warranty provided by Golden Designs, Inc., ensuring your investment is protected.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

• 5-Year Limited Warranty: Covers heating elements and electronics against defects in materials and workmanship.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers wood structure and radio under normal use.
• Warranty Activation: To activate your warranty, the warranty card must be submitted within 60 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

• Indoor Use Only – Placing your sauna outdoors voids the warranty. Exposure to rain, snow, humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures is not covered.
• Normal Wear & Tear Not Covered – Surface cracks, minor wood expansion/contraction, and aesthetic imperfections due to natural wood characteristics are not considered defects.
• Unauthorized Modifications Void Warranty – Alterations, improper installation, or repairs by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
• Warranty Covers Parts Only – Labor costs for repairs or replacements are not included.

Optional Extended Warranty

Infinite Sauna offers an optional 5-year extended warranty for additional coverage on manufacturer defects. This extended warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. For full details, refer to our Warranty Policy linked in the footer.
