When purchasing a Golden Designs Inc. Sauna from Infinite Sauna, you receive the full manufacturer’s warranty provided by Golden Designs Inc., ensuring your investment is protected.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

• 5-Year Limited Warranty – Covers heating elements and electronics against defects in materials and workmanship.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty – Covers wood structure and radio under normal use.
• Parts-Only Coverage – The warranty applies to replacement parts only and does not cover labor for installation or service.
• Warranty Activation – To activate your warranty, the warranty card must be submitted within 60 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

• Indoor Use Only – Placing your sauna outdoors voids the warranty. Exposure to rain, snow, humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures is not covered.
• Normal Wear & Tear Not Covered – Surface cracks, minor wood expansion/contraction, and aesthetic imperfections due to natural wood characteristics are not considered defects.
• Unauthorized Modifications Void Warranty – Any alterations, improper installation, or repairs by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
• Electrical Component & Power Issues – Damage due to improper voltage, power surges, or modifications is not covered.
• Commercial Use Not Covered – The manufacturer’s warranty applies only to residential use. Commercial use voids the warranty.

Optional Extended Warranty

For additional peace of mind, Infinite Sauna offers an optional 5-year extended warranty at an additional cost. This extended warranty provides continued protection against manufacturer defects but does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
