When purchasing a Golden Designs Sauna from Infinite Sauna, you receive the manufacturer’s return policy with the following terms and conditions:

Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window – Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Return – The sauna must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
Return Authorization Required – You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before returning any item.

Fees & Costs

25% Restocking Fee – All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total purchase price.
Shipping Costs – The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the warehouse.
Storage & Routing Fees – Additional storage and rerouting fees may apply if the return is delayed or not properly coordinated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Within 24 Hours – Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 Hours or Shipment – If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return, and the restocking fee and shipping costs will apply.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned sauna has been received and inspected for damage.
If the sauna is damaged or missing components, the refund amount may be adjusted or denied.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

5-Year Limited Warranty – Covers heating elements and electronics against defects in materials and workmanship.
1-Year Limited Warranty – Covers wood structure and radio under normal use.
Parts-Only Coverage – The warranty applies to replacement parts only and does not cover labor for installation or service.
Warranty Activation – To activate your warranty, the warranty card must be submitted within 60 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

Indoor Use Only – Placing your sauna outdoors voids the warranty. Exposure to rain, snow, humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures is not covered.
Normal Wear & Tear Not Covered – Surface cracks, minor wood expansion/contraction, and aesthetic imperfections due to natural wood characteristics are not considered defects.
Unauthorized Modifications Void Warranty – Any alterations, improper installation, or repairs by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
Electrical Component & Power Issues – Damage due to improper voltage, power surges, or modifications is not covered.
Commercial Use Not Covered – The manufacturer’s warranty applies only to residential use. Commercial use voids the warranty.

Optional Extended Warranty

For additional peace of mind, Infinite Sauna offers an optional 5-year extended warranty at an additional cost. This extended warranty provides continued protection against manufacturer defects but does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
