30-Day Return Window – Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Return – The sauna must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
Return Authorization Required – You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before returning any item.

Fees & Costs

25% Restocking Fee – All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total purchase price.
Shipping Costs – The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the warehouse.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

5-Year Limited Warranty: Covers heating elements and electronics from defects in materials and workmanship.
1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers radio and wood structure under normal use.
Warranty Activation: The warranty is valid only if the warranty card is submitted within 60 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

Saunas must be used indoors—placing them outdoors voids the warranty.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wood expansion/contraction, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Surface cracks in the wood are not covered, as they are a natural characteristic of kiln-dried wood.
Warranty covers parts only; labor is not included.

Optional Extended Warranty
