When purchasing a Maxxus Sauna from Infinite Sauna, you receive the manufacturer’s return policy with the following terms and conditions:

Return Eligibility

• 30-Day Return Window – Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition of Return – The sauna must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
• Return Authorization Required – You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before returning any item.

Fees & Costs

• 25% Restocking Fee – All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total purchase price.
• Shipping Costs – The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the warehouse.
• Storage & Routing Fees – Additional storage and rerouting fees may apply if the return is delayed or not properly coordinated.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations Within 24 Hours – Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours or Shipment – If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return, and the restocking fee and shipping costs will apply.

Inspection & Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned sauna has been received and inspected for damage.
• If the sauna is damaged or missing components, the refund amount may be adjusted or denied.
• Failure to obtain an RMA number before returning the product will result in the return being refused.
